There are many options for beginners to start their steroids cycle, and Anavar only is one of the options. 20mg/day of Anavar for women is too much, usually 10 is enough. But for men, you will barely notice any side effects of taking that dosage. A normal Anavar only cycle for men is usually 30–50mg/day.
The thing is Anavar is still suppressive and stop you producing testosterone. That will affect your libido, change mood and make you feel fatigued, if you already have low testosterone. That’s also why we don’t usually recommend Anavar only cycle. When it stack with testosterone, it’s a much better choice, even for beginners.
