Step by Step Process of Ordering Customized Steroids Service
- Request: Kindly inform our service person of what items you want us to make and all the details (quantity, dosage, packaging, price, payment method, time, shipping)
2. Pay Deposit: Since it’s customization service, we will charge 50% of your order in advance right after receiving your request. Your order will be processed within certain work days(according to the quantity). Our production capacity for Customization Team is capsules 50,000/day, and vials 3,000/day. We sincerely start this service, so we will adjust our work time according to clients’ orders. It means our customization Team will work overtime if we receive large orders. You can calculate how many days your order takes.
3. Pay Off: After our Customization Team completing your order, we will take pictures and videos and send them to you. We together will confirm all the details (quantity, packaging, shipping) again. Then you need to pay off the rest 50% of your order.
4. Delivery: Our warehouse staff will ship your order in 2 days right after we confirm your payment, and our service person will send you tracking number in 3 days. Delivery day is always an exciting time for us because we live to serve our customers. Once our production processes finish, we can arrange for products pickup, ship, or delivery, depending on your location and preference.
5. Complete: Our service extends to the second you receive your package. Please confirm all the details of your order again after get your parcel, especially quantity and packaging. Make sure everything is right. Then our service for this order is over.
